You will take one gallon of spring water and pour 8 cups of it into a pot. Bring to a boil. Pour in 8 servings (scoop included) of real detox tea. Mix well, making sure it completely dissolves. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Pour 8 cups of tea into gallon container. Drink 32 ounces first thing in the morning. And at least 64 ounces of water throughout the day. Must be refrigerated. Drinking hot/warm improves results. Can add agave, lemon, honey to taste.
